1.The Committee will be the key executing agency and will assume overall charge and responsibility in all matters related to NLUP within the District.

2.The Committee will look after and guide the village level Implementing Committee.

3. The Committee will prepare the formation/constitution of Village Level Implementing Committee and will submit it to NLUP Implementing Board for approval.

4. All such meetings of the District NLUP Implementing Committee there will be a representative (s) of NLUP Implementing Board as far as possible.
