Saiha district of Mizoram is lucky enough for having Mr. Kunal, IAS as Deputy Commissioner who is in appointment from November, 2009. His love towards the people of the district has made this land worth lucky to get the touch of development. March towards the new era of Science and Technology have been initialized by our honorable DC sir.

He has visited all of the 76 villages of the district and have realized the real scene of Saiha District by visiting each and every corner .His kind-heartiness and young mind of enlightened brightness has fallen to the land of Maras, this Saiha District. Being a bridge and communicating medium, DC Saiha, Mr. Kunal has been monitoring the implementation of all the centrally sponsored schemes. Whatever wrong he has seen here in this district, he himself rectified the problems and inspires all the departments and concerned authorities to take actions. Due to which all schemes are now a days running smoothly in the districts and development of the district is now faster than earlier .

Mr. Kunal himself being very knowledgeable and in touch with the newest technologies, he includes Science and technology in each of his service towards the district. Starting from educating the Officers and Staffs in all the departments of the district to use of networking/sharing and use of e-mail/internets, he has deployed new technologies in each area of development in the district. Due to his promotion only Saiha district is now having a updated website (www.saiha.nic.in) which is acting as a bridge between the administration, people of Saiha and the rest of the world.

Managing the funds allotted to the district from Govt of India also Mr. Kunal has proved his Excellency in district administration.

|
All common citizen of Saiha hereby thank Mr. Kunal, IAS for his sincere service towards the development of Saiha and his helping hand to all of the departments of the district. We wish him long life.
