1). Saiha Civil Hospital :
Saiha Civil Hospital is one of the most important department and public facility in the capital town of the Maraland .

2). Saiha Police Station:
Saiha District Police is headed by the Superintendant of Police and has three police stations, viz: Saiha, Tuipang and Phura. The SP is assisted by an Additional SP and a Deputy SP. Saiha district is comprised of numerous hills and valleys and is rich in vegetation and forest. The district shares a big international boundary with Myanmaar, which is generally formed by River Chhimtuipui barring few kms. The law & order and crime situation in the district is quite normal and Saiha is among the most peaceful districts of Mizoram. The people of Saiha are peace loving and law abiding.
